Registration Fee Refund Policy
50% of the registration fee will be refunded if a written cancellation request is received by IJACP at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of the conference excluding the day of receiving the written request.The fees charged by banks, if any, for effecting the refund will be borne by the registrant.
Limits of Liabilitity of the Conference Organizers
Should the conference be postponed to another date or cancelled for any reason whatsover, the liability of the organizers, IJACP, Inc., will be limited to the refund of the actual registration fee paid by the participant and received by the organizers, IJACP, Inc.. In no circustances, the organizers, IJACP, Inc., will be responsible for any consequential losses or any expense, whatsoever, incurred by the participants.
Payment of Registration Fee
Payment of registration fee by a participant explicitely conveys that the participant has read these Terms & Conditions and agrees to them. Please do not pay the registration fee if the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein are not acceptable to you.
Copyrights, Submissions and Publications
All submissions must be unpublished and must not have been presented in any other conference. You must have the copyright of the materails submitted.
By submitting the materials to the conference, you give rights to IJACP, Inc., to publish it in the Proceedings of the International Conference on Business Management and Information Systems, 2013.
Permissions and Warranties
The Author hereby assigns to IJACP, Inc., (the “IJACP”) the rights under any applicable copyright and ownership laws that may be applicable to the Work that consists of the material submitted to the International Conference on Business Management and Information Systems, 2013, Dubai, (the Conference) and any revised or expanded derivative works submitted to the IJACP by the undersigned based on the Work to print the Work in the Proceedings of the International Conference on Business Management and Information Systems, 2013. The author hereby warrants that the Work is original and that he/she is the author of the Work; to the extent the Work incorporates text passages, figures, data or other material from the works of others, the undersigned has obtained any necessary permission(s)
- The author represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment.
- The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the IJACP from any damage or expense that may arise in the event of a breach of any of the warranties set forth above.
- In the event the above Work is not accepted and published by IJACP or is withdrawn by the author before acceptance by the IJACP, the foregoing permission shall become null and void.
- For jointly authored Work, the primary author warrants that he/she has power to accept the terms and conditions set forth herein on behalf of all coauthors.
